January 2018 Calendar

Every year I design a calendar project.  We've had calendars with post-it holders, refrigerator calendar magnets and in 12 years many many more, but we're never had an easel style where the image can be changed! I couldn't decide if I wanted a beach scene or a mountain scene, so why not do both by simply adding a library clip. This project features the stamp set called Waterfront and was designed by the Stampin' Up! Million Dollar Achiever Connie Heisey. It allows you to create beautiful water colored scenes in a matter of seconds. So, depending on if you are dreaming of a Hawaiian get away or a Mountain escape, you can choose the image you'd like to see for each month of the year. Then when the year is over, you'll have an image to use on a card or other project. The gold library clip will be like the one featured on page 87, I just don't have any of these yet. January 2018 Stamp Camp Cards

I love the cards for the January Stamp Camp and I hope you do too!  I designed them with "love" in mind, but these cards don't really scream Valentine's Day. I like that I can use them for many reasons. My favorite is the box of chocolates, because you can never go wrong with chocolate and the recipient with thank you for making them calorie free! This stamp set is called More Than Chocolate and it is featured on page 33 of the Annual catalog.

The next card uses the stamp set Lots of Love, but again you can send "love" any time of year. I love simple one layer layout and the big bold words with the beautiful coordinating designer series paper. This stamp set if featured on page 87 of the Annual catalog.

The last card features the FREE Sale-a-bration stamp set called Lots of Lavender. This stamp set is really cool in the way it allows you to stamp the outline image and then stamp over the top with a water color effect to create the flowers, stems and other elements. The card is finished with a fun tied together closure that will delight the recipient, if they like bows! If you love this set, you can earn if for FREE with a $50 order!

I love Hot Chocolate, so when I found these teeny tiny marshmallows I knew I had to create something fun. The treat tubes from Stampin'Up! were the perfect container to put them in to attach to the side of my pouch. I used the Hug in a Mug and the Coffee Cafe' stamp sets/dies to create this fun pouch. Be Merry DSP made it even more fun. It's hard to see, but I covered the "whipped cream" with clear wink-a-stella and I cut the coffee cup down to make a mug.  It turned out really cute!

Stamparatus Reservation!!

Tomorrow begins the second reservation period for the new Stamparatus!  Unlike, the first reservation window, which stayed open for only 15 minutes before the limit was reached, this window will stay open until December 30th and no limit!  Wahoo!  Now everyone will be able to reserve one!  Shipping of the Stamparatus will begin on March 19th and they will ship in order of reservation times.
