Card Contest Share #4

This was another one of my favorites and it was modeled off a card that I made for my hubby's birthday.  I've recently started really getting into the nature stamps, especially this one, it's very realistic and I thought it would make a great "manly" card.  Again, the picture isn't the best.  The paper color combination is wonderful and it hard to see, but I used the Log Cabin smooch spritz to give the background of the card a slight shimmer.

Products used to create this card:

Stamp Set: Nature Walk (was offered in the last mini catalog) and Teeny Tiny Wishes for greeting
Card Stock: Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla
Classic Ink: Early Espresso and Cherry Cobbler
Accessories: Log Cabin Smooch spritz, Hemp Twine, button, Scallop edge punch, Corner Rounder punch and Aqua Painter.

Smiles,
Stacey

  1. Perfectly speckled! I am partial to this artist's style, too (the artist who designed the stamp images). I love the eggs, especially. You're right, this is a nice manly card. It would fit in nicely at my "cards for men" camp! The button and birthday tag are a great finishing touch to your layout.
