This is a super easy and fun card to create. You can use any circle die or punch and make the card regular greeting size or gift card size. Simple cut or punch out a scallop circle and then cut away some of the scallops on each side leaving more scallops on the bottom (Skirt) than on the top. I added an extra solid piece of paper to create a top to the dress, but you wouldn't need to do this. Add a few embellishments like pearls, ribbon or rhinestones and you're got a super cute dress for a girly card.

I would love to re-create this card. I'm a sucker for black + anything + polka dots, so this card really draws me in. I would love to receive it, too. Fun!
