September 2010 Stamp Camp Projects

These are the projects for my September 2010 Stamp Camp.  All the cards are quick and fun.  If you would like to join me for the camp and you haven't already received an email, please contact me and I will send you all the information, including cost and deadlines for registering.  Now on to the projects.

This first card is from a Simply Sent card kit called Something Special (120806) The kit comes with everything, but the greeting, to make this fabulous card and it's so quick!  My greeting comes form a set called Curly Cute (117014 wood, 120510 clear), but you could use just about any long greeting.  We will be making two at camp.

I think this is my favorite card.  It's just so happy!  I designed this card around the stamp set Word Play (120308 wood, 120651 clear) which has 12 different greetings, any of which can be used on the card.  We will be using the Big Shot to texture and cut the flowers, so it will be easy to assemble.  We will be making 2 at camp, so you can try out a different greeting on each one.

This a a very fun "manly" card and although the motocycle stamp (117657) is in the occasions mini catalog and will be gone on August 31st, I still wanted you to be able to make it.  The motorcycle in stamped on glossy paper and the background is created using the Big Shot and plain kitchen foil.  I will also show you the new punch, which I say was named after me...the Cogs punch (11873). It's way cool and the men in your lives will be very impressed!  I don't ever want to take credit for something I didn't design, so I will have to say I did not come up with this idea, but I can't remember where I saw it....so sorry.  We will be making 2 at camp.

Finally, this cute little card features the set Just Believe (116948 wood, 120453 clear) and the new designer series paper Sunny Garden.  It's hard to tell in the picture, but they all look great together and would make a great gift set.  The Big Shot was used on both the card and the candle holder, so again very quick to make.  I would like to thank fellow demonstrator Wendy Knowles for the candle holder idea.  Who knew you could run roof flashing through the Big Shot to both cut and texture it!  Die used: Flower Folds (115970)  We will be making one of each item.

Hope you like the projects!

Smiles,
Stacey

Hope you
