Snow?

Have you ever had one of those days when you had all your activities preplanned and scheduled, in this case home schooling and them Thanksgiving food shopping, just to have all your plans rescheduled for you by good old Mother Nature?  Well, that's what happened to me yesterday.  It snowed!  Of course, no kid (big or little) can resist the draw of the white fluffy stuff, so when all the neighborhood kids ended up at my house, home schooling was the first thing to go.  We all bundled up and began.....what else....a snowball fight of course.
After several good hits from each of the kids, the other mom and I thought it was time to step our game.  We made a bunch of snowball in a bucket and went running full steam ahead. My son, Zach, thought he could hide in the back of my hubby's truck inside a trash can.  What he didn't expect was to have the trash can start to tip and have his mother throw her final snowball, knocking the trash can over.  Then he was stuck inside the trash can and couldn't get out!  I'll have to admit.....I did laugh.....it was a pretty funny sight.
Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving, may it be happy and warm.

Smile,
Stacey
