December Sip and Stamp Projects

Every Christmas I like to come up with projects that will either hold a gift card or just plain old cash and this is what I came up with. They turned out do cute that I thought maybe everyone would like to make them too. So here they are, the projects we will be making at my December Sip and Stamp.

What could be better than a sweet elf holding your Christmas cash in a little test tube!

I've been seeing these Box in a Card projects everywhere, so I thought I would give it a try as well. This 2" x 2" box could hold money, chocolates or jewelry, any of which I would like to receive.

Lastly, this polka-a-dotted paper bag makes the "envelope" for the sweet card where a gift card could be attached to the back after signing your name to the front.

This first card was made by Sheryl D. using the Father Christmas stamp set from the annual catalog. She combined it with the Merry Music Specialty DSP and the 7/8" Striped ribbon from the Holiday catalog to create a beautiful timeless look.

This next card features the Climbing Orchid along with the Fresh Florals DSP from the annual catalog to create an amazing lifelike stem of orchid. Adding a string of our mini black sequins was just the right finishing touch.

This final card feature only the stamp set High Tide form the annual catalog and ink, but to see this card in person you would think it was printed on a high resolution printer. The stamping is clean and crisp and she did an amazing job with the masking technique.

Enjoy,
Stacey

I received so many amazing swaps this year at OnStage! I thought you might enjoy seeing them too, so I will start with the Christmas cards. Look at the variety, every card used a different stamp set, my favorites are in the second photo.

Of all the Christmas cards I received, this has to be my most favorite. It's so cute! It's hard to tell in the picture, but the card popped up with three layers. A lot of love went into this card.

OnStage Goodies!

Good Morning!

Every April and November Stampin'Up! demonstrators have the opportunity to attend either a live or local Stampin'Up! event. This year the live event was held in Salt Lake City. Three days of friendship, stamping, learning new things and of course free goodies. It was so much fun and Stampin'Up! really knows how to spoil us! Check out all the goodies I came home with...yes, even new stamps and the Occasions catalog! Wahoo, I can't wait to start creating with all these new items.

Never Ending Christmas card

I LOVE interactive cards and this one is simply amazing! I saw an example on Pinterest and went from there.  We made this card in my October Sip and Stamp class and it was so popular with everyone that I thought I would share it here with all of you. My son helped me make with my first fun video and I think it turned out really great, but for some reason I can't get in to load here. Please click on my Facebook page to see the video and while you're there "like" and "follow" me. Enjoy!

Eek, where does the time go!

I just returned back from OnStage in Salt Lake City and was inspired by so many amazing demonstrators while there to take a look at my blog, something that I has let slipped off my to do list. I can't believe my last post was so long ago. I created a Facebook business page about a year ago, so I haven't been complete slacker!  I will see what I can do about posting here more regularly.

So, why don't I start by telling you about the latest and greatest tool to be developed by Stampin'Up! It's called the Stamparatus!  It is a stamp positioning tool with so features that are simply amazing. It has two open sides, two super strong magnets, two removable plates and it's the prefect size for all your stamping needs. I hope you will agree this is a must have tool and reserve your's on November 16th at 2 pm! Contact me today for more information or see Stamparatus Questions Answered in tomorrows post.
