Time to catch up!!

Wow, I don't know where the time goes.....well, really I do!  My time is divided between home schooling, working, running to piano lesson/skating lessons, cleaning, cooking, designing/teaching card classes, exercising and sleeping.  All that leaves little time for much else.  At the beginning of the year I set a goal for myself to post a project once a week, a reasonable goal I thought, but as you can see (or not see) I haven't been doing so great in the last 6 weeks.  Please bare with me, I'm trying to get back on track.  One of these days I will get so caught up that you won't know what to do with all the new posts! :)
I can't go back in time, but I can go back and show you the projects that we made at the May stamp camp....just in case you missed it in person.

Sorry some of these pictures are dark and a little fuzzy, but they really were beautiful in person.  The camp favorite was the last one with the heat embossed flowers.  Super easy to create, just stamp your image with VerseMark, heat emboss using white embossing powder and color.  You can color with either a Aqua painter, blender pen or markers.  Each method will give you a different look from dark to light.  For the sample, I used a the Aqua painter for the larger flowers and markers for the small buds/leaves.  This same method was used to color the Poppies inthe card above, only this image was stamped in Black Stazon, not heat embossed.

Well, I'm not going to go into detail about the other cards, but if you have any questions please feel free to leave a comment and I will do my best to answer in a timely manner.

Smiles,
Stacey
