May Thank You

About one year ago, I thought it would be nice thing to add (or send) a hand made "thank you" card to every customer that places an order.  I really enjoy the time it takes to create something special each month and I use a post-it note inside, so the card can be used again.  It's my way of giving each customer a little "gift" as a thank you for ordering.  I create cards as I receive orders, so some months every customer might receive a different card.  This month after seeing an idea on the blog Inking Idado (see link on right side bar), I came up with this sweet little card that five of my customers received.  It measures 3" x 3".  I used the largest scallop square on the double square die to make the base of the card out of Chocolate Chip CS.  I then took a white piece of card stock that was 3" x 3 1/2", scored it at 1/2" on three sides and adhere it to a 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" piece of Regal Rose.  This was then adhered to the Chocolate Chip scallop square.  The little inside card measures 2 3/8" x 2 3/8".  Staple a ribbon to the top egde and stamp the greeting.  The front was decorated with four 1" x1" squares rounded on two opposite corners.  Sorry the paper I used is retired, but I thought this was a great way to use some of those little scraps of designer series papers I can't bare to throw away!  Two small punched circles and a brad were added to the center for a finishing touch.  Pretty cute!

Hope you like it and for those of you who placed an order in May....Thank you so much!

Stacey
